Early February Jacksonville, FL held a training at Christian Healing Ministries with Judith and Frances MacNutt's team. I spent a approximately 30 hours in training sessions and application learning to pray after the CHM model. It was the most slow moving, gentle, Holy Spirit guided prayer I had ever experienced. Judith layed hands on us and imparted a mighty healing anointing. I was privileged to make new friends that live in different states. God was preparing the way ahead of time. In Jacksonville, I stayed with a friend of a friend. Barbara heard from The LORD and she invited me to stay as long as I would like. She has two little rescue dogs who won my heart very quickly. Barbara allowed me to stay in her home for 8 full weeks, so that I could attend the 2nd Module of Christian Healing Ministries' training on healing prayer. It was eventful! Though many great things happened in Jacksonville, one of my favorite was meeting the church family at Narrow Way Ministries. They are precious people! They have a Bible College attended by most all of their church members. They are Bereans, for sure. Brother Sam runs a worshiping crew, with 7 guitarists, a flute player, cellist, saxophonist and worship singers... all ages. Brother Martin, thanks for the guitar lesson!!! He teaches most every Thursday night. Other great things: 1) Attended IHOP JAX worship night 2)Heard Kelanie Gloeckler live several times 3)Heard Allen Hood speak live 4)Met New Breed Revivalist Pastor Chris Mathis in person (His wife is a phenomenal worship leader) 5)Attended Ken Malone and Dutch Sheets FL Event-powerful meetings!!!
After Easter / Resurrection Sunday, I left April 10 for Brunswick, GA to stay with my good friend, Michelle. What a blessing to spend 3 fabulous weeks in her home with her beautiful family! We had a glory time! It was wonderful to go to Cleveland, TN and visit the new Omega International Headquarters at Perry Stone's new facility. What a great time of impartation and revelation at the International Prophecy Conference! I especially enjoyed Pam Stone's homemade pot pies; just love her ministry of culinary delights. I had not been around Perry Stone's Ministry for several years. It was good to reconnect with some old friends and make some new ones.
Next, I spent the better part of a week in a little place called Reidsville, GA. I loved the quiet. No traffic; no visitors, just peace and The Prince of Peace. Loved to be with my friend, Lynn and her Momma and Daddy (Gloria and Bishop Jenkins). Bishop Jenkins' church is there in that secluded area. They enjoyed my guitar playing and worship. We had some sweet prayers and Lynn is a jewel!!! As you may have noticed on Facebook, Michelle and Lynn's Daddy and Momma pictured below have gone home to Heaven. What a blessing they have been to so many of us! Save us a dance around the throne!
God had me keep nutritionally minded by attending the Fork over Knives Classes being offered at Remnant Church. Pastors Jamie and Redonia prayed and prophesied into my life. Love your holy fire!!! Some of my favorite time was being all alone with Jesus in Michelle's music room on her piano. Bless you, Michelle!
